The Whitecap S-3503WL is a flush-mount stainless steel cup holder with a wide lip, designed for boats where a standard-diameter holder just does not cut it. The wide lip extends the flange further out from the cutout, which gives it a more finished look on the surface and also makes it easier to install in thinner or softer decking materials where a narrow flange might pull through over time.
The flush-mount design keeps the holder sitting level with the surrounding surface rather than protruding above it. That matters on a helm station or console where you want a clean, uncluttered look and do not want a raised rim catching lines or gear. The stainless steel construction handles salt air, sun, and the occasional spilled drink without corroding or staining.
Installation requires a round cutout in the mounting surface. The installation instruction image in the product gallery shows the exact cutout dimensions, so check that before you start cutting. The wide lip covers a larger area around the hole, which also gives you a little more forgiveness if the cutout is not perfectly sized.
