The IC-M510 EVO is a multifunctional and stylish VHF marine transceiver that also features innovative smartphone operation technology. Its built-in class D DSC provides essential maritime communication, supporting safety on the water. NMEA 2000™ & Loud 25W Two-Way Hailer/20 W RX Hailer Now Built-in

The NMEA 2000™ network provides plug-and-play data communication to inter-connect with other marine equipment such as an MFD (Multi-Function Display.) The radio can send GNSS (GPS) position, AIS information*, DSC call, and radio channel data to other equipment.

When connected to the optional SP-37 speaker horn, users can talk with the crew on the deck or shore via the radio's microphone and hear any reply via the horn speaker. The RX hailer function lets users listen to the radio traffic on the deck or tower through the hailer speaker. Users can also sound foghorn patterns from the hailer speaker.

Radio Control & Intercom Through Smart Devices

Use the RS-M500 app (for iOS/Android) to wirelessly control the IC-M510 EVO through the radio’s WLAN feature.  Users can use up to three smart devices a wireless microphone, an intercom between a device and the M510, and a simple remote control for specific functions.

Built-in Class D DSC “Distress” Button Can be a Lifesaver in an Emergency Situation

With just a press of the “DISTRESS” button, the built-in DSC (Digital Selective Calling) system can digitally transmit distress information to the Coast Guard and/or other vessels. The DSC watch function continuously monitors the DSC channel (Ch. 70) for added safety and security.

Integrated AIS Receiver*

With its integrated AIS receiver*1 or external NMEA sentence*2, the IC-M510 can show real-time AIS vessel traffic information on the display. You can directly make an individual DSC call to selected AIS targets from the AIS screen.

Simplified Navigation Function

The navigation function guides users to a specified waypoint or AIS target. Users can assign up to 100 destinations as waypoints, such as favorite fishing spots or starting positions for yacht races.

Combined with MA-510TR Supports Safer Navigation

When connected to the optional MA-510TR Class B AIS transponder, users can send and receive real-time information about vessels, including identity, position, speed, course, and other relevant data, displayed on the screen. Making a vessel's position known to others helps prevent collisions and accidents, especially at night, in rough weather, or on crowded shipping routes. The MA-510TR enhances safety during navigation at sea.

Active Noise Canceling Technology

The Active Noise Cancelling digitally removes background noise from both transmit and receive audio and provides clear communication in a noisy maritime environment.

M25 Floating Handheld VHF Marine Radio - 5W - Marine Blue

Float 'N FlashIcom pioneered the floating VHF marine radio and set the trend with the M24 by adding the Float N Flash flashing light feature. The M25 floats when dropped in water, even with the optional, HM213, microphone attached. The flashing light feature activates when the radio hits the water, even if the power is off. 

Not only does the LCD and key backlight on the front panel flash but also a red LED light blinks through the rear panel showing the place of the radio to easily retrieve.

The built-in 1500mAh lithium-ion battery allows 11 hours (approx.) of long operation.*

USB Charging (Micro-B USB type)
