A clean, flush-mounted latch that disappears into your door panel when closed. The Perko 1032DP1BLK is a non-locking flush-mount lock in black polymer, built for cabin doors, hatches, and compartment panels where you want a secure hold without a keyed lock. The large chrome-plated zinc alloy handle is sized for a comfortable two-finger grip, which is exactly what you want when you're working with one hand on a moving boat.
The face plate measures 3-1/8" x 3-1/8" and flush mounts into a 2-3/8" x 2-3/8" cutout. If you'd rather surface mount it, a polymer spacer is included that lets it sit over a 1-5/8" diameter hole instead. The stainless steel stem and lock nut handle the mechanical work, and the cam bar adjusts from 1/2" to 3" to accommodate door thickness from 1/8" up to 3/4". That's a wide enough range to cover most marine door and hatch panel builds.
The black polymer body holds up well in UV-exposed environments and won't corrode. If black isn't your color, this latch is also available in white polymer.
