Indmar 841025 Molded Hoses
The Indmar 841025 is a 1-1/4 inch formed hose that runs from the raw water pump to the thermostat housing. This is a critical section of the raw water cooling circuit. The raw water pump draws water from outside the boat and pushes it through the heat exchanger and into the engine cooling system, and this hose is the connection between the pump outlet and the thermostat that regulates where that water goes next. A hose that is cracked, soft, collapsing internally, or leaking at the fittings in this location will compromise raw water flow to the entire cooling system, which, on a high-output inboard engine is a problem that escalates quickly.
This is a genuine Indmar OEM part, so the hose diameter, wall thickness, molded shape, and end fittings are exactly what the engine was built with. If you are replacing a hose that has gone soft, is showing surface cracking, or has reached the end of its service life, this is the correct replacement for the listed application.
