Bronze HUB - PIN DRIVE (079) (VS-10) is a cylinder-type component that assists in holding the propeller in position without causing additional damage to your vessel (if it hits something hard while running). The barrel, also known as the boss, is the central spherical component of the propeller. The hub is splined to link the propeller shaft to the prop, comprising the central hub. The propellers and blades are joined here. The exhaust from many propellers passes right through the hub.
