The Perko 1429G00BLK is a straight-neck EPA and CARB-compliant fuel deck fill in black polymer, designed for 1-1/2 in. fuel fill hose connections on gasoline-powered boats. It meets USCG safety standards for diurnal emissions control under 40 CFR Parts 9, 60, 80 et al., which is the federal requirement for fuel system components on nonroad spark-ignition engines and equipment manufactured after July 31, 2011. If your boat was built or refitted after that date, this is the type of deck fill required to stay compliant.
The flip-top cap includes a vacuum pressure relief valve that allows the fuel tank to breathe without releasing raw fuel vapors into the bilge or atmosphere. An integral tank vent with flame arrestor is built into the fitting, eliminating the need for a separate vent fitting on the deck and reducing the number of hull penetrations in the fuel system. No ground wire is required, which simplifies installation compared to older metal deck fills that needed bonding to the fuel system ground.
The straight neck is 2-7/16 in. long and connects to a 1-1/2 in. fuel fill hose. The integral vent port accepts a 5/8 in. vent hose. Mounting uses #10 screws. Available in black and white polymer to match your deck color.

The Attwood 912036B is a replacement flip-top cap for Attwood gas deck fills, finished in black. This is the cap assembly only, not a complete deck fill, and is designed to replace a lost, cracked, or damaged cap on a compatible Attwood fuel fill fitting. The flip-top design allows one-handed access to the fill opening and snaps closed securely to seal the fuel fill when not in use. A properly sealing fuel fill cap is important for preventing fuel vapor escape, keeping water and debris out of the fuel system, and maintaining compliance with fuel system ventilation requirements on board.
The black finish blends cleanly with dark deck hardware and non-skid surfaces. Verify compatibility with your existing Attwood deck fill fitting before ordering, as this cap is a replacement component for specific Attwood fuel fill models and may not fit all configurations.
