Your Choice Could Be Our
Free Choice Shipping!

First Choice Marine offers a wide and ever growing selection of quality products at the most competitive prices on the web.

As part of our commitment to the best customer service possible, we also offer continental U.S. customers our Free Choice Shipping option for product orders that total $100 or more of qualifying items.

By bringing together our resources we can fulfill your needs while saving you money at the same time.  When we don’t stock an item in our warehouse, we have the ability to access that item through our extensive supplier network.  We can then ship your order complete via the most expeditious shipping method within one to five days.

We do continue to offer many other shipping options at competitive prices for both United States and International Customers. These include Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Expedited Services.

Be assured that we do not inflate our prices to cover this shipping program.  Our goal is to offer quality product lines at the best price with the best shipping programs available to our customers.
In summary, to qualify, your order must ship within the continental United States, ship complete from our warehouse and not include over-sized or overweight items. The shipping method for this program is chosen by the First Choice Marine shipping department using a complicated algorithm only rivaled by Google to ensure a speedy delivery.

Your order over $100 may qualify for our Free Choice Shipping program outlined below, saving you even more.

Please read complete details below, including restock fees for returns of items shipped free in this program.
  1. Free Choice Shipping applies to orders totaling over $100 and shipping within the continental US and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or International orders.
  2. Free Choice Shipping applies to most items that we sell, but some items that are over-weight or over-sized will have shipping charges assessed. Some items that may require additional shipping include (but are not limited to):
    • Large fuel or holding tanks
    • Back-to-back seats
    • Antennas (some won't even fit in the truck!)
    • One-piece paddles over 5 feet
    • Large batteries
    • Large water sports tubes
    • Large anchors
    • Carpet rolls
  3. Free Choice Shipping on most orders over $100 applies to orders shipped complete from our warehouse. Orders with back orders may be shipped in two shipments with the primary shipment shipping free and back order shipments assessed additional shipping charges. We are glad to assist you with those needs on a quote by quote basis.
  4. Free Choice Shipping is based on a shipping method chosen by our shipping staff for your order. We ship via USPS and UPS.
  5. Orders shipped on our Free Choice Shipping are shipped as completed sales. Should you need to return an item that was shipped to you free you will be assessed a restock fee that is based on the shipping cost we incurred on that item. Your deduction will be itemized in the email you receive documenting return instructions.
  6. Free Choice Shipping orders do not include orders shipped direct from manufacturer purchases that incur factory shipping charges. We are always willing to pursue special order options for customers. We do not charge a fee for this service unless required by the manufacturer. You will always be advised of those fees prior to the order being placed.

International Shipping FAQ

Hazardous and Not-Allowed  Items:   We do not ship hazardous items not allowed by US export. In additions, there are many items that can not be exported to certain countries as defined by a particular country’s laws. You are responsible for adhering to the laws of your country. Please do not place an order for an item that will not proceed through customs in your country. Doing so makes you liable for payment of any products lost due to customs detainment.

Freight forwarders:  We request that any order placed for delivery to a freight forwarder be processed through Google Checkout for both your protection and ours.

Order Fulfillment:   International orders must ship complete for the quoted shipping cost.  Any out of stock or special order items may delay the order in shipping complete.  Our customer service staff will work with you to make sure you get all the items you need as quick as possible and communicate any delays.  We strive to have your order shipped within two weeks or earlier.  If you don’t see what you need on our site, please feel free to check with us as we may be able to source many marine products we do not currently show as available.

Taxes , Duties, Brokerage or Import Fees:  The shipping charges added to your order do not include any taxes, duties, brokerage or import fees that might be added in your country upon receipt.  If fees are not paid and your order is returned to us there is no refund for shipping costs.

Payment:  All order totals are calculated in U.S. Dollars.  We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Checkout and PayPal.  If using PayPal, please be sure the address you are shipping to has been verified by PayPal to avoid delays.  We do not accept C.O.D. orders,  personal checks, wire transfers, or money orders on International Orders. We suggest Google Checkout on any international order over $500 to eliminate delays in processing your order.
Shipping Methods:  We offer United States Postal Service (USPS) International Services, United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx International Service and DHL.

Customs Delays:  First Choice Marine is not responsible for order delays that result from customs delay when your order enters your country.

Refused or Mis-addressed Items:  Please supply a correct shipping address when entering your order. We are not responsible for additional cost on orders where the incorrect shipping information is entered during checkout. Please double check your information on the confirmation page before completing your order.

Returns:  Please let us assist you in finding the correct product or be sure of your order prior to placing to avoid incorrect or unwanted items. All international returns will be assessed a restocking fee and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us for credit. Your initial shipping costs are not refundable.
